How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days from dispatch. During busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. All UK orders are delivered free of charge if spending over £5.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We may request photographs to help us assess the issue and will resolve the matter promptly.
